What major themes or issues does the film Frankenstein begin to address?

Since no one commented on this question I guess I'll take a stab at it. I noticed that the theme of science or the attempt to understand nature or God was crazy. For instance, when Henry(who is really Victor) was showing off his creation the professor, his sister, and the other guy(I forgot his name) said he was crazy.

That Henry was very misunderstood of the things he was trying to do. He knew they would accept it, so he tried to keep it from everyone.

The main theme the film seemed to touch on, was the issue of life and death ie. the circle of life. Frankenstien was obsessed with death and the creation life, which lead him to playing God.
